Senior RF Engineer

JOB DUTIES:

• Leading network design and optimization efforts using Newfield & client RF engineering software tools
• Working with client RF design and system performance engineers on live network design and optimization projects
• Managing data collection process at various times, as-needed, for RF propagation model calibration projects
• Training engineers on design and optimization software, methods, procedures
• Working with Solaris and PC.based RF planning software
• Writing procedures, guidelines, project reports and training materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
• 5 years of progressive experience and experience in CDMA air interface and optimization
• System design/engineering, link budget analysis & experiment design
• Error budgets, data collection and analysis.
